What we collect
When you call, email, or fill out a form on this site, we collect the details you give us so we can quote and schedule your move: your name, phone number, email, the addresses you’re moving between, and notes about your home and belongings. If you make a deposit or payment, that’s handled through a secure processor — we don’t store full card numbers on our own systems.
Like most websites, this one may record basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you view, and general location, through standard analytics. That helps us understand which pages are useful and keep the site working.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to give you an estimate, plan your move, and follow up about it. Brenda and Earl’s office may contact you by phone, text, or email about your quote or your scheduled job. We don’t send marketing blasts you didn’t ask for.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to lead buyers, moving brokers, or any third-party data company. Because we’re the mover and not a middleman, your details stay with us — they aren’t auctioned to a network of carriers or passed around to companies you’ve never heard from. The only people who see your information are the Earls staff handling your move and the service providers we rely on to run the business, such as our payment processor and scheduling tools, who are bound to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted once your move is complete and our records requirements allow. Just call (888) 711-4778 or email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it. If anything in this policy changes, we’ll post the updated version here.
